Service
In 1994 we began our annual opinion survey of the 7000 largest energy users in the United States. Almost every facility over 1000 kW as participated in one of these annual studies.We recently completed our Annual TQS Benchmark of sixty utilities, and we are completing the field work for our next NationaI Benchmark. The results are based on the perception of the plant management of the 7000 largest energy users in the United States.
